Built by a Working Travel Agent, Not a SaaS Bro

TravelForza was built by Hudson Valeriano — founder of Rio Travel LLC in Park City, Utah, and an active travel agent booking real trips every week. Every feature in the platform was born from a real client problem, not a roadmap meeting.

Hudson is a Brazilian-American travel agent based in Park City, Utah. He founded Rio Travel LLC in 2022, growing from solo trips to a full-service agency that books group trips, luxury honeymoons, and complex multi-country itineraries for clients across the US, Brazil, Mexico and Spain.

After spending the first 2 years duct-taping spreadsheets, Notion docs, Splitwise, and WhatsApp Web into a workflow, Hudson built TravelForza — the platform that replaces all of those with one cohesive system. Every feature ships the day after he hits the friction in his own agency.

What Hudson actually books:

• Brazilian families visiting USA (Disney, NYC, Vegas)

Why TravelForza exists

By 2024 Hudson had 60+ active clients tracked in 4 different tools, sending WhatsApp messages by hand to confirm flights, and copy-pasting itineraries between Google Docs and PDFs. The industry standard tools were either:

• Legacy desktop software (ClientBase, Trams) built in the 2000s for GDS-heavy US agencies
• Generic CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) that don't understand flights or itineraries
• Single-purpose tools (Travefy for itineraries, Splitwise for groups, WhatsApp for comms) that don't talk to each other
• Spreadsheet hell (the most common, the worst)

So in 2025 Hudson started building TravelForza in evenings and weekends, alongside Rio Travel's daily operations. By 2026 it ran Rio Travel's day-to-day — real quotes, itineraries and trips — and opened to other agents.
